90% of UK deliveries sent via Royal Mail Recorded will arrive the following day, unfortunately the other 10% can take up to three days. If your order has not arrived after three days PLEASE call us.

If you want to return your complete order to us for a refund then please contact using our contact form here we will then issue you with a returns reference you need to include with your item when you return to us. GG Marketing will not be responsible for your item reaching us, we therefore recommend that you send your order by recorded delivery.

Once we have received your returned order you will receive your refund within 14 Days, this does not affect your statutory rights.
